By taking any Kristian Kasanova program you agree to and accept the following

terms, conditions, and notices (we reserve the right to change, update, and revise

these terms of use at our sole discretion. Check back with Kristian Kasanova

often to review any updated terms). Please read the following terms and

conditions carefully:

1. Confidentiality

​

I understand that the identities of all staff and participants are to be kept confidential. Privacy is important to attendees and staff. I agree not to share anything discussed within The Entourage outside of the group and will not disclose any details of Entourage members with non-members.

2. Non-Disclosure

​

I understand that all course materials, marketing content, and program intellectual property belong to Kristian Kasanova and are protected by copyright and trademark. I agree not to copy, reproduce, or disclose these materials to any competing individual or company, nor use the information to create a competing business. This material is confidential and for my personal use only.

3. Limitation of Liability

​

The ideas, techniques, and opinions shared are for entertainment and coaching purposes only and are not professional or legal advice. I agree to use this information lawfully and understand Kristian Kasanova and his team are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use this content. Kristian Kasanova reserves the right to refuse service or training to anyone at any time.

4. Payment, Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy for Immersion

Membership to The Entourage is granted once payment is made in full, unless otherwise specified. Due to the level of commitment required, there are no refunds under any circumstances.

​

The in-person Immersion will take place on the agreed-upon dates. Because Kristian’s schedule fills up quickly, it’s important to commit to these dates. If circumstances change, members must give at least 28 days’ notice to request a reschedule.

​

Rescheduling within 28 days of the Immersion will incur additional charges and may be difficult to arrange due to limited availability. The sooner Kristian is notified, the greater the chance of finding alternative dates that work.

 

Exceptions will be made for genuine emergencies such as serious illness or bereavement. In these cases, Kristian will work with the member to reschedule; however, additional costs may still apply to cover lost booking time and any venue or logistical expenses already committed. The earlier the member provides notice, the lower these costs are likely to be.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside the member’s control — such as severe travel disruptions, rail strikes, extreme weather, or other significant incidents — Kristian will work to find the most practical solution possible. This may still involve rescheduling fees to cover costs already incurred, but every effort will be made to minimise impact while ensuring the Immersion is delivered in full.

5. Membership Variability

​

Each member’s experience and terms may differ based on their individual enrolment. Your membership is unique to your agreement and should not be compared to others.

​

6. Client Standards

​

Clients must uphold the program standards, including but not limited to:

• Approaching women regularly, staying active in the WhatsApp group, and attending as many group coaching calls as possible
   

• Maintaining healthy daily habits (nutrition, exercise, hygiene)
   

• Maintaining a positive, solution-focused mindset
   

• Showing up on time and ready to give 100% effort in all sessions
   

Kristian Kasanova reserves the right to remove any participant from the program for disruptive behavior, excuses, intoxication, negativity, or failure to meet minimum weekly standards (3-strike rule applies).

7. Miscellaneous

 

I understand that this is going to be fun, intensive work; and I’m up for the

challenge! I understand that you’ve invested many years to learn, organize and

prepare all of this material and training;

 

I agree to treat this material with respect and take notes.  I agree and give you my word that I’ll attend as many of the group coaching calls as possible, be an active member of The Entourage and give 100%

to the in-person training sessions, and be on time for them.

8. No Guarantees — Your Success Is 100% Your Responsibility

I understand that Kristian Kasanova provides the best coaching, support, and community possible, but there are no guarantees of specific results. My success depends entirely on my own effort and commitment.

​

Having expert coaching is like having the world’s best personal trainer — but if I don’t show up to the gym, put in the work, and make the necessary changes in my life, I won’t get the results I want.

​

This program is not a quick fix or magic bullet. It requires full commitment, discipline, and the willingness to confront and change my habits and mindset. It will be hard and uncomfortable at times, but also deeply rewarding for those who are willing to put in the effort.

​

If I am looking for someone else to “fix” things for me, this is not the right program.
