By taking any Kristian Kasanova program you agree to and accept the following

terms, conditions, and notices (we reserve the right to change, update, and revise

these terms of use at our sole discretion. Check back with Kristian Kasanova

often to review any updated terms). Please read the following terms and

conditions carefully:

 

1. Confidentiality

 

I understand that the identities of all staff and participants are to be kept

confidential. Privacy is important to attendees and staff. I agree to not share

anything discussed within The Entourage outside of the group and I will not

share any details of Entourage members with non-members.

 

2. Non-Disclosure

 

I understand these courses, marketing materials related to them, and their

content contain copyrights, trademarks, and other original works of Kristian

Kasanova, and that any duplication or derivative works are unlawful. I agree that I

will not disclose to any such competing individual or company any of the content

I am exposed to on the program or use of the information I learn in the program

as the basis for a competing business. This material is confidential, and for my

personal private use only.

 

3. Limitation of Liability

 

I understand and agree that the ideas, concepts, techniques and views that I will

be exposed to are opinions only, to be used for entertainment purposes only, and

not to be considered as professional or legal advice. I agree never to use any of

the content that I learn in an unlawful manner under any circumstances.

I agree that Kristian Kasanova, its instructors, or its principal shall not be liable in

any way whatsoever for any damages as a result of using or my inability to use

the concepts I learn at this training and other third-party providers used, or any

other product or service you are exposed to as a result of my relationship with

Kristian Kasanova or its instructors. Kristian Kasanova retains the right to refuse

service and training to anyone at our discretion at any time.

 

4. Payment, Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy for Immersion

 

Membership into The Entourage will be granted once payment has been made in

full unless otherwise specified by Kristian Kasanova. Given the level of

commitment necessary to reach your goals, there are no refunds whatsoever.

This also helps you “burn the boats,” so you’re completely invested in the

program and accelerate your personal growth and results.

5. Immersion Rescheduling Policy

 

You are expected to attend the in-person Immersion at the location and on

the dates agreed upon prior to completion. If your circumstances change,

Kristian Kasanova requires at least 21-days notice. If your Immersion has to

be rescheduled to a new location or set of dates after an agreement has been

made, it may be chargeable. Kristian Kasanova acknowledges that circumstances

can change at short notice and you should contact Kristian immediately if you

think your Immersion needs to be rescheduled - the sooner notice you can

provide, the better.

 

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

There are no refunds whatsoever, as you immediately gain access to private

WhatsApp group, virtual cold approach sessions, weekly group coaching calls as well as direct access to

Kristian Kasanova on WhatsApp. This also helps you “burn the

boats,” so you’re completely invested in the program, do the assignments, and

accelerate your personal growth and results.

7. Membership Variability

 

Each member of The Entourage has joined at different times, meaning their membership terms and experiences may differ from yours. The structure, duration, or specific arrangements of their membership may not be identical to yours. You acknowledge that your membership is unique to your enrollment terms and should not be compared to those of other members.

 

8. Client Standards

 

Clients must comply to the standards of the program outlined by the coach which

may include:

● Approaching women every week, being active in Entourage WhatsApp

group & attending as many of our group calls as possible

● Having basic daily habits such as, eating healthy, exercising, and personal

hygiene

● Staying positive and solution oriented instead of negative or problem

focused

● Showing up on time to all training sessions ready to give 100% to each

session - you will get out what you’re prepared to put in

● Kristian Kasanova reserves the right to remove people from the trainings

for any reason, including, but not limited to: disrupting the group dynamic,

making excuses, arriving at calls / coaching in a compromised or unfit state (e.g., under the influence of alcohol or drugs), negativity, not meeting weekly standards (there is a 3 strike rule within The Entourage)

9. Miscellaneous

 

I understand that this is going to be fun, intensive work; and I’m up for the

challenge! I understand that you’ve invested many years to learn, organize and

prepare all of this material and training; I agree to treat this material with respect

and take notes. I agree and give you my word that I’ll attend as many of the group

coaching calls as possible, be an active member of The Entourage and give 100%

to the in-person training sessions, and be on time for them.
